王璐，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，山东省海外优青。2012年毕业于山东农业大学园艺专业，2015年毕业于北京林业大学园林植物与观赏园艺专业，2021年毕业于美国罗格斯新泽西州立大学植物生物学专业，获博士学位，导师为董娟教授。2022年加入英国上市公司官网365，主要从事植物细胞和分子生物学方面的研究。以第一作者（含共同）在Nature Communications、 New Phytologist、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology等期刊发表多篇学术论文，在研主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）、山东省自然科学基金青年项目、山东省人才引进项目、青岛市自然科学基金青年项目，并入选青岛市“金种子”人才培养计划。

研究方向:

1. 植物气孔发育的分子机制

2. 植物囊泡运输和细胞极性建立的分子机制

3. 大豆抗逆性的遗传改良
